My current state is what I like to call a vacation hangover...it's that period of time when you get back home from vacation but aren't exactly 100% ready to tackle real life yet. Bills? Eh. Laundry? It can wait. Work? Do I have to? All that good stuff you try to put off as long as possible. On the bright side, it's much better than the position we were in before we left for vacation (#stomachvirusfromhell), so I'll suck it up and appreciate the fact that we had an amazing vacation.
Until I can get my motivation back, I just wanted to pop in and say we're back and I can't wait to share about our trip! Taking Cam to Disney World for one day was 190% worth it. Exhausting, but worth it. I'm so glad we did it. The rest of our trip was just as good - relaxing at the beach and swimming in the pool with the sunshine beaming down. You can't get much better than that!
I'll probably have a recap/the pics posted on Monday. Tonight we are actually going to the Garth Brooks concert (he has been my favorite ever since I first started listening to country music! I'm so stoked!) and Billy's family is coming to visit us on Saturday. AKA...I have a feeling this vacation hangover might not end until Sunday afternoon/early evening. Typical.
Have a good weekend everyone!
Welcome back! I took Chloe with us to Disney back in January when she was only 5 months old. It was obviously a trip for me, but I loved seeing her look around in amazement! It was also awesome to get pictures with all the characters. I can't wait to take her again when she's older!
ReplyDeleteGarth Brooks has been my absolute favorite concert I've ever seen! Amazing!
