Oh, How Pinteresting action...I've been MIA for a few weeks but here I am.
Let's be honest, I'm in love with a lot I've found recently so it's fitting to share for WILW too!

Now for the recipes:
Cinnamon Honey Apple Dip
There are many different versions of this dip, but I tried to make one of the more healthier versions.
What You Need
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese {Fat Free}, softened
4 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon {I used more because I love cinnamon}
1/2 tsp. vanilla
*My mom used to add Marshmellow creme to this recipe and it was delish. That's up to you and what you enjoy!
Make It
BEAT cream cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Add brown sugar and vanilla; beat until well blended.
SPOON into serving bowl.
SERVE with apple wedges for dipping.
Peach Cobbler
What You Need
- 2 pounds Ripe Peaches
- ¾ cups Sugar, Divided
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- ½ cups Butter, Softened
- 1 whole Egg
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Grated Lemon Zest
- ¾ cups Flour
- ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
What You Do
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Peel, halve, and pit the peaches. Slice each half into 3 or 4 wedges.
Combine the peaches, ¼ cup of the sugar, and the cornstarch in a large mixing bowl. Let the fruit stand, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, 5 to 7 minutes.
Make the dough: Cream together the butter and remaining ½ cup sugar in a medium mixing bowl with a wooden spoon or an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in the egg, vanilla, and lemon zest until the batter is smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl once or twice as necessary.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until just combined.
Transfer the peaches to an 8-inch square-baking pan. Drop the dough in rounded tablespoonfuls over the fruit.
Bake until the fruit is bubbling and the crust is golden, 50 to 55 minutes. Let the cobbler cool slightly and serve it warm.
*If you make this recipe--I added some cinnamon to the top before putting in the oven and really liked it!
Also, make sure you use the lemon zest...it really takes it up a notch!
...as for the vegetarian chili? I can't find the right recipe I used. I will have to post later on. Sorry kids.
What are you loving on Pinterest today?!
It's so great for so many things....finding endless yummy recipes to stuff my face with, wanting to redecorate our entire house, enticing me to spend $ on clothes I don't need, and some puppy wanting as well. Do you sense my sarcasm?
I do love it though. sigh.
Wanna know ONE more thing I'm loving?!?
Only 16 days until I FINALLLLY get to meet this chick.
It feels like we've been friends forever thanks to first meeting in the blogworld, but now I finally get to her in person and I'm SO excited!!
